Day 11 - June 19th

 It's Wednesday!

It was a day full of fun at camp! Today, students learned about different types of helicopters as we read High Flying Helicopters!

For craft, campers exercised their grip and other fine motor skills to sponge paint clouds in the sky! The campers then practiced their gluing skills by pasting helicopters onto their papers.

After craft, campers worked on following directions and their gross motor skills, as we played parachute games! They had a great time tossing balls around and practicing color identification!

To finish out the day, campers took turns making a sky on the wall with contact paper! Campers practiced their air transportation vocabulary to stick planes, helicopters, and clouds in the sky. They also used their fine motor skills to pull apart the cotton balls to form different cloud shapes and types.

We are looking forward to another awesome day of camp tomorrow! Campers will be learning about kites. Do not forget to send campers in their purple t-shirts!

*Summer Camp Party!!*

We want to invite you all to come celebrate the end of summer camp on June 27th! We will provide Chick-fil-A for lunch. Each child is required to have an adult come to camp at 11:30am however, campers can be dropped off at normal time. Bring a towel and sunscreen! Siblings are welcome to attend.
