Day 13 - June 24th

 Happy Monday!

We had a great start to the week as we learned about Things That Go... In Space! Today campers sat and practiced counting as they listened to the story "If I Was an Alien"

For craft, campers painted moons! They practiced their fine motor skills as they used tin foil to form "craters". Then, campers glued their moons in outer space.

During technology-based learning, campers practiced this week's vocabulary as they took turns locating alien robots on the board.

Afterwards, they practiced different space matching activities. Some campers worked on matching pictures, while others practiced their numbers and shapes!

To finish out the day, we made play-dough aliens! Campers used their creativity to make faces, limbs, and antennae for their aliens out of googly eyes and pipe cleaners. They had an absolute blast!

*Summer Camp Party!!*

We want to invite you all to come celebrate the end of summer camp on June 27th! We will provide Chick-fil-A for lunch.
