Day 3 - June 5th

 It's Wednesday!

Happy 3rd day of summer camp!!

 

Today we learned about Things that Go...CHOO CHOO and we read 'The Little Engine that Could'. During the book, we worked on identification of colors and requesting turn with words/gestures. 

Then, we matched animals on the train, working on our fine-motor, completing matching, and critical thinking. 

For Art, the campers made Georgia license plates requesting for colors using gestures or words. We used our fine motor skills and creativity. 

The campers for sensory and social skills, played with bubble wrap trains. During this activity they practice peer interaction, dramatic play, identifying colors and trains.

We had an amazing time today learning about Things that Go... CHOO CHOO! Tomorrow we are learning about Things that Go... Cars and Trucks!!
