Happy Monday!

We hope everyone had a great weekend! Today, we read Curious George Up, Up, and Away, and campers learned all about hot air balloons.

For craft, campers practiced requesting to pick their colors to design their very own hot air balloons! After coloring their coffee filter "balloons", campers practiced their fine motor skills by spraying their creations with water. Then, they watched the colors all blend together!

Afterwards, campers practiced their social skills as they worked together to sort circles, triangles, and squares.

During table time, campers searched the sky for all sorts of Things That Go...In Air! With hair gel sensory bags, each camper searched for clouds, planes, helicopters, and other things to practice their weather and air transportation vocabulary.
